Is it just me, or are horror movies getting too predictable lately?

Okay, hear me out—does anyone else feel like horror movies these days are just recycling the same old jump scares and creepy kid tropes? Like, where’s the originality? Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy them, but I find myself guessing the twists way too early.
Any recommendations for recent horror films that actually surprised you? Or maybe we’re just at the point where nothing’s scary anymore? Let’s talk!
