Is religion a source of conflict and war? Or is it a force for peace?

Religion has definitely been both a source of conflict and a force for peace throughout history. It really depends on how it's interpreted and used. While it’s been at the center of wars and divisions, it’s also inspired incredible acts of kindness, unity, and peace-building. It seems like the key is whether people use it to bring others together or to justify their own power or beliefs over others.

For me. It's either religion leads to peace or conflict often depends on how individuals and societies interpret and practice their beliefs. I know a religion that promotes peace and avoids war and I also know a religion that do the other way around.
