Children in Gaza have suffered horrific injuries as a result of the use of weaponry containing shrapnel; medical professionals have noted the serious and perhaps fatal effects on these young victims. In order to shield the most vulnerable from the ongoing violence, a truce and peaceful conclusion are desperately needed, as the humanitarian situation highlights. To stop more suffering, these awful situations need attention and action from a global scale. 🕊
