On Aug. 7, the Korean Film Council shared that "Pilot" starring Jo Jung Suk hit a total of 2,047,205 moviegoers. 
The movie previously exceeded 1 million viewers in four days, and it garnered 2 million moviegoers in only seven days. 
With that, "Pilot" has become the fastest Korean film released in the summer of 2024 to achieve this feat.
