Maki's hit song "Dilaw" has gained international recognition, featured on the South Korean web series "World Pop Live: Global Hit Songs." K-pop boy group Blitzers' members Sya and Wooju performed a cover of the song's chorus on the June 25 episode. The series also highlighted songs from various global artists, including Post Malone and Hozier. Maki expressed his excitement on social media, reminiscing about his past of translating K-pop songs into Filipino. He described the creation of "Dilaw" as a smooth and positive experience, reflecting his current healing phase. The song debuted on the Global Spotify Chart in June, ranking 200th. This marks the second Filipino song featured on the series, following BINI's "Pantropiko" in April 2024.
