In Pakistan mango is not only a fruit but it is respected like a fruit is respected in other countries. This fruit of the summer is celebrated every year in the form of Mango Festival where the country’s rich and diverse mango forms the highlight of it. This festival is a colorful tropic of people’s identity, chefs and cooks’ invention, and the jolly experience of a harvest time. It is an energetic representation of how fine agriculture and local culture is in enhancing the power and beauty in one of the worlds’ sweetest fruits.
