I see Asian supermarkets selling monkey fish,it looks ugly and the small ones hardly have any meat on them. Then I realise this could be monk fish which is known as poorman lobster,as its meat tastes like lobster meat. Have anyone tried monk fish?and does the meat really taste like lobster?
