On Sept. 19, KBS's "Music Bank" announced the cancelation of "Music Bank in Madrid" through an official statement. The event was supposed to happen on Oct. 12. 
According to "Music Bank," Real Madrid C.F. and the Santiago BernabĆ©u Stadium administration announced on the 13th that āall music concerts scheduled at Santiago BernabĆ©u Stadium will be canceled until March 2025 due to ongoing noise complaints from residents.ā
"Music Bank" added that each organization involved in the preparation of the event did not receive any official notification from Real Madrid about the cancelation of the "Music Bank" concert. They added that, as of Sept. 19, they haven't received any explanation or apology from Real Madrid.
"Music Bank" further stated that they are demanding Real Madrid to take "full ethical and financial responsibility" for the losses that both K-pop artists and fans suffered from and that Real Madrid must take responsibility for causing damage to the reputation of "Music Bank World Tour".
