The D.20 Exoplanet Mass Measurement Program (EMMP) invites research proposals aimed at identifying and mitigating systematic errors that currently hinder the precision of radial velocity or astrometry observations in measuring the masses of temperate terrestrial planets orbiting Sun-like stars. The goal is to enhance tools, techniques, and understanding needed to detect small Keplerian signals in complex stellar spectra or astrometric data. Investigations may include theoretical work, observations, archival data analysis, or a combination thereof. According to ROSES-2024 Amendment 29, mandatory Notices of Intent (NOIs) are due by January 23, 2025, with full proposals due by February 26, 2025. 🚀
