Need advice on subsurface radar systems

I need advice about underground radar systems because I’ve never worked with anything like this before. We have a task at the site to check what’s beneath the surface without digging. I’ve heard of technologies that allow you to scan the ground to see pipes, cables, and voids. However, I don’t fully understand how accurate these methods are in real-world conditions. Can these methods be trusted, or are they only effective in theory or in presentations?

I’m wondering if these systems are only suitable for large-scale projects or if they’re also used on smaller sites - for example, for inspecting pipes or cables. Also, is this complex equipment that requires special training to operate, or do people usually call in specialists?

I ran into situation like this when we needed to find old utility lines under a warehouse that owner wanted to expand. We didn't consider digging them up. That was last year. At the time, I was working on a construction crew. Now, I’ve been promoted to foreman. And I’m using all the knowledge I gained back then to help complete our projects faster. At the time, we spent a long time figuring out what to do. We turned to Mayaglobal, and their Advanced special technologies helped us find the pipes and a subsiding section that we wouldn't have noticed on our own. I liked their work so much that I now consult with them on every problematic project. What task are you considering this for?
