Bar Leone, a new Italian cocktail spot in central Hong Kong, has been named the best bar in Asia, a remarkable achievement given it's only been open for about a year! Co-founder Lorenzo Antinori, who swapped a law career for bartending, was pleasantly surprised by the accolade. The Asia’s 50 Best Bars awards, held at the Rosewood Hotel in Kowloon, also saw Zest from Seoul snagging the second spot and Singapore dominating the list with eleven bars. Newcomers like Craftroom from Osaka and CMYK from Changsha were celebrated, adding fresh energy to the mix. The awards also introduced a new category for best bar design, with Singapore's Atlas taking the top honor. Cheers to a dynamic and ever-evolving bar scene!
