Niagara Falls Never Freezes

Niagara Falls has never completely frozen over, it can appear to be frozen during extremely cold winters. The constant flow of water and the sheer volume of the falls make it difficult for them to freeze solid. However, the mist and spray from the falls can freeze, creating a layer of ice that gives the illusion of a frozen waterfall.
