Baking my own sourdough bread during quarantine was such a rewarding experience. The process was therapeutic, and the smell of fresh bread filling the house was delightful. Have you tried making sourdough or any other traditional recipes at home? How did it turn out? 🍞
 
Sourdough is definitely a bread with a long history! I love the tangy flavor that comes from the wild yeasts and bacteria.
