With the price of fresh rising every day, supply chain problems, etc., I'm looking at stocking up on some summer sausage -- now in stores for the holidays -- jerky, Slim Jim type sticks, etc. I enjoy them with a meal of cheese, fruit, bread or crackers, etc. Sort of a semi-survivalist tactic. Anyone else a fan of these?

As with all sausage, I just try not to think about what they're made of or how.
