Recording Design Tutorials on a Mac

I recently started learning graphic design and want to record my screen while practicing so I can review my workflow later. I use a Mac, but I've never worked with screen recording software before and don't know which tools are easy for beginners. Is there something reliable that can capture both video and sound without a complicated setup?
