It's crazy how history can feel so distant, yet be so connected. One of my favorite facts is that woolly mammoths were still around when the Great Pyramid was being built.

Wow, that Cleopatra fact really puts history into perspective! Here’s another one: 
Oxford University is older than the Aztec Empire. It’s crazy to think that a place of learning we still know today was already around while entire civilizations were rising and falling.
