Russian shelling on Saturday resulted in four deaths and multiple injuries in Ukraine, with two fatalities in the Kherson region and two more in Kharkiv, according to local officials. In response, a Ukrainian drone attack set fire to an oil depot in Russia's Rostov region, though there were no casualties reported from that incident. Ukraine has increased its aerial assaults on Russian targets, including refineries and oil terminals, to disrupt Russia's war efforts. Meanwhile, Russia's air defenses intercepted several drones over its regions, and Ukraine's air force shot down most of the drones launched by Russia. In addition, shelling in Russia's Belgorod region injured eight people, and the Kremlin has warned that U.S. missile deployments in Germany could make European capitals potential targets for Russian strikes.
