Totally get the social media detox trend! Haven't done a full-on disconnect myself, but I definitely cut back on scrolling for a while recently. It was amazing how much more focused I felt and how much more time I had for other stuff.
 
Taking a break from social media can be refreshing—sometimes we all need a break from the endless scroll!
 
I ditched social media and it was awesome! 📵✨ Less stress, more focus, and I actually talked to real people. Highly recommend! 🌿😊
