As the weather cools down, I find myself craving warm, hearty soups. One of my favorites to make is a classic chicken noodle soup from scratch. Using homemade broth, fresh vegetables, and tender chicken pieces, it’s the perfect comfort food. The aroma fills the house and makes everyone feel cozy. What’s your favorite soup to make during the colder months?

I love making hearty soups too—one of my favorites is a rich, creamy butternut squash soup. It’s smooth and comforting with a hint of sweetness and warmth. Another go-to is a spicy lentil soup with plenty of vegetables and a touch of cumin and paprika.
