Leaves have microscopic pores called stomata on their surface, primarily on the underside. Stomata regulate gas exchange—allowing carbon dioxide to enter for photosynthesis and oxygen to exit—as well as water vapor to escape during transpiration.

Oh, I didn't know that leaves had such tiny but important features! 🌿 Thanks for the info on stomata and their role in gas exchange and transpiration. Super interesting!
