An independent review into Australia's national broadcaster, the ABC, has found systemic racism within the workplace.
The report, titled "Listen Loudly, Act Strongly," details numerous instances of racial discrimination experienced by current and former staff members.

In response to the findings, the ABC has committed to taking action to address the issue of systemic racism within the organization.
This includes accepting all 15 recommendations of the report, establishing formal reviews of its recruitment, complaints, career progression, and exit processes, and creating a new director of First Nations strategy role.

Wow, this is such an important issue! It’s really eye-opening to see that systemic racism has been found within the ABC. 😔 I’m glad to hear that they’re taking the report seriously and plan to make changes. Accepting all those recommendations and creating a role focused on First Nations strategy shows a commitment to improvement. It’s a step in the right direction for a more inclusive workplace! ✊🏽
