Grapes have been cultivated for thousands of years, with evidence of grapevine cultivation in the Near East dating back to 6,000-8,000 years ago. 🍇 Aside from being consumed as it is, Ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans all produced wine using grapes, with the Roman Empire spreading viticulture across Europe. 🍾🍷
