Beef Wellington is a delicious dish made with several key ingredients! 
The star of the dish is a tender cut of beef, usually a filet mignon, which is seared to perfection.
Then, it’s coated with a layer of duxelles, a finely chopped mixture of mushrooms, shallots, and herbs sautéed in butter. 

To add richness, a layer of prosciutto is often wrapped around the beef, enhancing the flavors. 
The entire ensemble is then encased in puff pastry, which becomes golden and flaky when baked.
Before baking, the pastry is sometimes brushed with an egg wash for that beautiful shine. 
Finally, it’s served with a flavorful sauce, often made from the pan drippings, to complement the dish. 
Each bite of Beef Wellington is a delightful blend of textures and flavors!
