Deep in the Nowa Solina village of Poland lies the Crooked Forest, a hauntingly beautiful place where hundreds of pine trees take an unusual sharp turn at their base, all bending towards the north.
The reason for the crookedness remains a mystery. Theories range from human intervention (perhaps to be shaped into furniture) to environmental factors like strong winds or even a grazing animal attack that stunted the trees' early growth.

The Crooked Forest's unexplained nature adds to its intrigue. What are your favorite unsolved mysteries of the natural world?

The Bermuda Triangle :) Why do so many ships and planes vanish without a trace in this area of the Atlantic Ocean?
