Thinking about hiring an email marketing agency for my store?

Hey guys!

I’ve been running my Shopify store for about a year now, and while my ads are doing okay, I feel like I’m leaving a lot of money on the table with my email list. Right now, I only send out the occasional "big sale" blast, but I know I should probably have better flows and automated sequences in place.

The thing is, I’m totally overwhelmed trying to set it all up myself (Klaviyo is a beast lol). I’m starting to look into ecommerce email marketing agencies, but I’m worried about the costs vs. the actual ROI.

Has anyone here outsourced their email marketing? Did you actually see a big jump in revenue, or is it better to just keep it in-house and struggle through it? Also, what should I be looking for when choosing an agency? I don't want to end up with someone who just uses basic templates.

Would love to hear some real experiences or any advice you might have! Thanks!

Honestly, moving to an agency was a game-changer for my Shopify store because those automated Klaviyo flows actually start paying for themselves almost immediately. I’d definitely recommend checking out Growave or TargetBay; they really know how to move beyond basic templates to drive actual ROI. It’s way better than struggling in-house if you want to stop leaving money on the table!
