Anyway I came home with 2 big market size boxes of tomatoes for a tenna. I over predicted by a little bit how many tomatoes I have. I have used passata for making tomato baked risotto Parmesan, a recipe from Hello Fresh which is delicious , roasted tomato focaccia, lasagna & beef tomato mozzarella and basil salad. Out of the tomatoes I managed to come away with, I still possess more than 90% of it.
