Moscow and Kyiv are blaming each other for a fire at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, Europe's largest and now Russian-occupied. The blaze, which started on Sunday night, led to thick black smoke but no signs of elevated radiation, according to the IAEA. Russia's Rosatom reported that the main fire was out by midnight, while Ukraine's Energoatom and Russia's TASS both mentioned damage to a cooling tower. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and Russian officials have each accused the other of causing the fire, with the IAEA noting that nuclear safety remains unaffected. 🌫️🔥💥
