The US only unleashed a big wave of sanctions and affected almost 400 individuals and organizations, including Chinese ones, to strike at Russia’s military-industrial complex. 
The action was launched only a few days before the Ukrainian Independence Day which proves high support for Kyiv. Biden announced additional funding for the military assistance even air defense missiles and counter-drone equipment adding that Ukrainians’ struggle for liberty is not yet done. The sanctions also target Chinese firms assisting Russia, with the US putting Beijing on notice over its support for Moscow’s war. The new SDN list is targeting to deny Russia key goods and technologies for its defense components. Biden's message: Ukraine will be free and People of the United States will be at their side at every stage.
