I was wondering, what dessert will you be making for Easter?
I will be making some Betty Crocker lemon cupcakes with some pink cream cheese frosting. For the pink color of the frosting I bought some Chefmaster Bakers Rose gel food coloring, since liquid food coloring will water down the frosting, and getting the correct red to blue ratio to get a nice shade of pink might not be easy with liquid (might look too purple or not pink enough).

Using gel food coloring is a smart choice—it really helps achieve that perfect shade of pink without watering down the frosting. I can imagine how lovely those cupcakes will look and taste with that combination! Are you planning to add any special decorations or toppings to them?
