What dessert will you be making for Easter

I was wondering, what dessert will you be making for Easter?

I will be making some Betty Crocker lemon cupcakes with some pink cream cheese frosting. For the pink color of the frosting I bought some Chefmaster Bakers Rose gel food coloring, since liquid food coloring will water down the frosting, and getting the correct red to blue ratio to get a nice shade of pink might not be easy with liquid (might look too purple or not pink enough).
