Prayer really is a universal thread, connecting so many spiritual practices. For me, it’s a way to connect deeply with my beliefs and seek guidance. The forms can vary—some people pray quietly and personally, while others join in communal prayers or rituals. It can be formal with specific texts or more spontaneous and conversational.
