I’ve noticed that hand gestures, or “Mudras,” are often used in Buddhist rituals and art. Can someone explain their significance and how they are used to convey different aspects of Buddhist teachings and ceremonies?

Mudras are fascinating! In Buddhism, these hand gestures are super symbolic and convey deep spiritual meanings. Each Mudra represents different aspects of Buddhist teachings, like compassion, wisdom, and meditation. They're used in rituals and art to enhance the spiritual experience and guide practitioners. So cool, right? 🧘‍♂️
