You ever watch a show expecting just some entertainment, but then it hits you with something deep and totally shifts how you see a certain topic? For me, it was The Good Place. I went in thinking it was just a quirky comedy, but it made me think so much about ethics and what it really means to be a “good” person. What’s a show that unexpectedly made you rethink something?

I think The Leftovers is super underrated. It’s not just a show about people disappearing, but it dives into deep themes of grief, faith, and coping with loss. Really made me reflect on how we deal with big emotional events. 💭

Yes! That totally happens! 🤯 For me, it was BoJack Horseman—I thought I was signing up for a goofy cartoon about a talking horse, but it hit me with some of the most real and raw takes on mental health, addiction, and self-destruction. I wasn’t ready for how deep it got, and it honestly changed how I think about personal growth and accountability. It’s wild when a show sneaks in those life lessons when you’re just expecting laughs. What other shows have caught people off guard like this? 🎭📺
