So I’ve been experimenting with making my own chili oil (thanks, TikTok!), but it’s trickier than I thought! Sometimes it’s too bitter, or just a bit too intense on the garlic. I want that nice, warm heat that makes you want to drizzle it on everything without the flavors overpowering. Any tips on how to balance it? Or maybe a secret ingredient to give it that wow factor? Appreciate any advice from chili oil pros!
