What’s the healthiest midnight snack?

Hello! I tend to get hungry late at night, but I don’t want to reach for chips or something too heavy. Any good ideas for snacks that won’t leave me feeling guilty, or worse, keep me awake all night?
 
Late-night snacking can be tricky! You could try things like a small bowl of Greek yogurt with berries, sliced apple with almond butter, or a handful of mixed nuts. These snacks are light but satisfying and won’t keep you tossing and turning all night!
