What’s the most bizarre (but surprisingly good) fermented food or drink you’ve tried?

Alright, so I know kombucha and kimchi get a lot of hype, but lately I’ve been curious about all the less mainstream fermented stuff out there! I just tried this fermented pineapple drink called tepache, and it was this funky, tangy surprise that I never knew I needed. 🤯 Any other unexpected fermented finds out there that taste way better than they sound? Spill your secrets!

Also, have you ever tried kvass? It's a fermented beet drink, and while it might sound a bit odd, it’s so refreshing and slightly sweet! 😆 Fermented foods are such a fun adventure!
