Everyone talks about cakes and cookies, but what about desserts that don’t get as much love? I’m personally obsessed with rice pudding, but it feels like no one talks about it.

What’s an underrated dessert you think more people should try?
I think more people should give bread pudding a chance too; it’s simple but so rich in flavor, especially when made with cinnamon and a little caramel. And don’t even get me started on panna cotta – it’s like a soft, silky dream that doesn’t get enough attention either! 
Sometimes the classics are the best, but they just need a little more love!
