Hey everyone, I was watching some highlights of curling and archery, and I noticed how calm and focused the athletes are, even under pressure. How do they keep that level of consistency? Is it all about mental training, or are there other factors that come into play? Would love to hear from anyone who’s tried these sports or knows more about their training methods!
