What's the significance of the Zoroastrian fire temples?

Zoroastrianism has intrigued me lately, especially the importance of fire temples in their worship. Why is fire so central to their practices, and how do these temples function? Would love to hear from anyone who has visited or studied them!

Zoroastrian fire temples are super important! They symbolize purity and the eternal flame, which represents truth and the presence of Ahura Mazda, the supreme deity. It's a place for prayer and reflection in the Zoroastrian faith.
