Whistling underwater in Vermont? That’s wild—who’s even managing that? One of the strangest I’ve heard is that in Arizona, it’s illegal for a donkey to sleep in a bathtub. Apparently, it caused a flood once, and they made it a law! Makes you wonder about the backstories behind these.
