Lately, I’ve noticed more athletes—especially in football and track—talking about going vegan. Do you think this trend is here to stay, or is it just a phase? How do you think it impacts performance, especially in sports where strength and recovery are key? Would love to hear if anyone has tried a vegan diet and felt a difference!
 
Vegan diets seem to be gaining serious traction in sports! Lots of athletes swear by it for better recovery and energy. Definitely feels like more than a phase.
