What's your biggest kitchen fail?

I tried making a soufflé once and it totally collapsed into a flat pancake!

Oh, I’ve had my fair share of kitchen disasters! Once, I tried making a soufflé for a dinner party, but I forgot to add the egg whites. What I ended up with was more of a pancake than a soufflé. My guests still laugh about it to this day!
