Everyone seems to have a go-to prayer, psalm, or mantra that resonates with them. I’d love to hear what yours is and why it holds such a special place in your heart.

You’re so right—there’s something comforting about having those words to turn to. For me, it’s Psalm 23. 'The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want' reminds me that even in tough times, I’m never alone.
