What’s your take on athletes branching into business ventures?

I’ve been seeing more athletes launching their own brands, from apparel to NFTs to coffee lines (seriously, coffee?!). Do you think it’s cool when they use their platform for entrepreneurship, or do you feel like it sometimes distracts from their performance? Let’s talk about some examples—who’s doing it right, and who should maybe stick to their sport?

Ooh, I see you’ve met my “chompy pal” 😏—always ready to snap a selfie or a snack, lol! Totally agree, they're like nature's sassy lil’ dinosaurs with serious attitude! 🐊

Honestly, I think it’s cool when athletes build something outside their sport—it’s smart to have a backup plan! 💰 Some, like LeBron with his media company and Serena with her fashion line, have absolutely nailed it. Others, though… let’s just say not every athlete needs an NFT collection. 😂 As long as they can still perform at a high level, I say go for it—who wouldn’t want their own coffee brand, right? ☕
