Maybe it’s a bit of both! I think we’ve always been curious, but the way documentaries are being made now feels more immersive and engaging. They’re telling stories that were once niche in a way that appeals to a broader audience. Plus, with streaming platforms like Netflix and HBO, it's easier to access high-quality docs. The production value and narrative style have really stepped up, making it hard to stop watching!
