So I went down a rabbit hole, and apparently, a lot of dictators had bizarre eating habits. Like, one refused to eat anything that hadn’t been personally tested, another had a thing for raw onions, and don’t get me started on the one who had a dedicated ice cream taster (yes, that was a real job). Is it just a power trip, or is there some weird psychological reason behind this? What’s the strangest food-related quirk of a world leader that you’ve come across?
