Why do some coffee beans taste like blueberries? What’s going on with that?

I recently had a cup of coffee that tasted straight-up like blueberries, and I was shocked. Turns out, some coffee beans, especially certain Ethiopian varieties, naturally have fruity notes due to how they’re processed and the region they’re grown in. Anyone else notice weird fruit flavors in their coffee?
