Why Does Mac & Cheese Ice Cream Actually Exist?

Alright, I saw this mac & cheese-flavored ice cream the other day, and my brain just short-circuited. Who thought combining comfort food with dessert was a good idea? Has anyone been brave enough to try it? Is it shockingly good, or just a food crime? Bonus points if you’ve seen even weirder ice cream flavors—let me know what’s out there because I’m equal parts horrified and curious.
