Okay, so I’ve been making milk tea at home for a while, and I swear, sometimes it tastes amazing, but other times… it has this weird, almost wet cardboard aftertaste. I use the same tea leaves and the same milk, so what’s the deal? Is it the steeping time? The type of tea? My milk going rogue? Has anyone else experienced this, or am I just doomed to inconsistent milk tea forever?
