Wine tasting dinner

So we have reservations at Ruth's Chris next Wednesday for their Caymus wine tasting dinner. I've never been to one of these so I'm not sure how this works. I'm assuming 4oz pours but if you don't finish it between courses, they just bring the next wine out?

That sounds like a fantastic evening! From my experience, wine tasting dinners usually have around 4oz pours, and if you don't finish a glass before the next course, they'll often let you keep it so you can compare. Enjoy the Caymus—it's a great choice! Cheers!
