5.2 Magnitude Quake Hits Off Surigao del Sur 🌍⚠️

In the Thursday afternoon a 5 richter scale powerful earthquake struck. An earthquake of 2 struck waters off Marihatag, Surigao del Sur and the information was gathered from Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology Phivolcs. The earthquake, which happened at 1:39 p. m. {specific time}, was centered at 08. 70° North, 126. 81° East, approximately 57 kilometers south-southeast of the town of Marihatag, and measures 10 kilometers in depth. Phivolcs further said no more quake movement or structural damage should be expected.
